Delete your account
You can erase your Yuzuup account and the personal data we hold for it. This page is the public deletion pathway required for store listings. The fastest path is in the product.
In the app (preferred)

Sign in
Open app.yuzuup.com or the Yuzuup iOS/Android app.

Settings → Basic info
Go to Settings and choose Delete account. Confirm you understand what will be removed, type DELETE, then re-authenticate.

What we remove
Your Firebase Auth user, profile, Personal Notes vault, personal workplace, owned projects (and nested board data), memberships on other projects, uploaded photos, signup records, outbound mail logs for your address, and Sign in with Apple tokens we hold. Teammates keep shared projects; your account is removed from those boards and assignees are cleared, while task/comment text may remain as team history. We may keep security or legal records we are required to retain, and billing records needed for tax or disputes.
Request by email
If you cannot sign in, email support@injectgroup.com from the address on the account. Include “account deletion” in the subject. We will verify the request and complete deletion. There is no extra fee.
If your organisation has a Workplace subscription, cancel or change it in Plans & billing (or the Stripe Customer Portal from that screen) before you delete the account if you no longer want to be charged.
