Terms of service

The service

Yuzuup is a software project workspace (boards, calendar, notes, Copilot, and IDE/MCP connections). The public site is marketing only. Your projects live in the product at app.yuzuup.com and in the native app.

Your account

You must provide accurate sign-in details and keep them confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for content you or your agents write to the board. You must be 16 or over. If you use Yuzuup for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Acceptable use

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or creates a security risk.

Your content and our software

You keep ownership of the content you put in Yuzuup. You grant us a limited licence to host, back up, and display it so we can provide the service. Personal Notes you encrypt remain unreadable to us. The Yuzuup software, brand, and documentation stay ours (or our licensors’).

AI features

Project Copilot and related helpers can send prompts and the project context you include to Google Gemini. Outputs can be wrong. You remain responsible for reviewing them before they become sprint work.

Availability and changes

We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change features or these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after the update date is acceptance of the new terms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that UK law does not allow us to exclude. Otherwise our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for Yuzuup in the 12 months before the claim (or £100 if you paid none).

Closing your account

You may delete your account at any time in Settings or via Delete your account. We may delete inactive or abusive accounts after notice where practical. See the privacy policy for what we erase.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a claim in your local UK court if you are a consumer.
